Eligibility

1. Entries and bibs are non-transferable. Violation will result in disqualification and no refund of the entry fee will be entertained.

2. AKIF Media Marketing & Event (“the Organiser”) sanctioned by Brunei Darussalam Athletics Federation reserves the right to disqualify, exclude any person from the race, and to take disciplinary action to applicants who provide incorrect personal data/details on the entry form, including those who have been banned from competitions, or who have been suspected of having taken banned substances. No refund of the entry fee will be entertained under any circumstance.

3. Participants who do not wear the valid bib of Ramadan Night Run 2025 are not allowed to enter the racecourse toward finishing line. Those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the course immediately.

4. Participants will be disqualified if they do not start at the designated start line race and start time assigned by the Organiser.

5. Participants for the Ramadhan Night Run 2025 must be 16 years old or older on 4 January 2025.

Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations
All participants must agree to the following terms and conditions, rules and regulations in order to proceed.

The following applies to all entrants.

1. The official entry online form must be completed fully by each intending participant. Completion of the entry form and payment of the entry fee represents acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Ramadhan Night Run 2025 is organised in accordance with the rules and regulations of AKIF event sanctioned by Brunei Darussalam Athletics Federation, and all participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations and comply with all reasonable directions and decisions made by the officials and representatives of the AKIF event.

3. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organisers to ensure the participant's safety. Participants run at their own risk and the organisers shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage whether personal or otherwise and howsoever arising. All participants accept responsibility for travel and medical insurance and for payment and/or reimbursement of any medical/surgical expenses incurred.

4. There is an official two (2) hour finish time limit for the 10 km category and one (one) hour for the 5 km category. Any remaining participants after this time are requested to run on the footpaths or have the option to be collected by our crew using a sweeper car. 

5. In accordance with the rules and regulations of AKIF event and BDAF, a runner must retire from the race immediately if requested to do so by any member of the official medical staff.

6. There will be no refund or transfer of participation for those participants who do not take part or if the event is cancelled for whatever the reason.

7. The organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse any entries.

8. NO COLLECTION OR CLAIM of Race Entry Pack on the Race Night or AFTER the event. A participant who is not able to collect the Race Entry Pack may appoint someone to collect on behalf during the RECP day.

9. Interest of registration to the Ramadhan Night Run 2025 will be sent via email to proceed with payment of your registration.

10. Any uncollected Race Entry Pack during the Race Entry Pack Collection (REPC) will be donated to charity and will NOT be claimable after the event. Participants may collect their respective Race Entry Pack by nominating a representative and bring a copy of ID and Confirmation of Registration document.

11. No change of category is allowed once registration has been submitted. 

12. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs taken and email provided (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event including any programme(s), event(s), talk(s), demonstration(s), or any other activities associated before, during or after Ramadhan Night Run 2025, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising, publicity purpose and distribution to Sponsors anywhere in the world.

13. In addition to the above-mentioned cut-off time for the 10 km and 5 kn, the Participants must reach the finish line in the stipulated cut-off times (gun times); otherwise, they will be deemed disqualified or did not finish.

14. ​Winners or potential winners who do not use his/her assigned running bib will be disqualified.

15. Prize money will be submitted to the winners through bank transfer within 1 to 5 days or after the Organiser has done verification on checkpoint and the recorded video.

16. All winners must be present during prize presentation ceremony, otherwise prize money is not claimable after night race.
